Monaco Hedges and Gardens– Terms of Service

By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms:

Services

We provide hedge trimming, hedge planting, hedge maintenance, and related garden services across Melbourne and surrounding areas. The scope of work will be outlined in your quote. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Where any section of a hedge to be worked on exceeds 4 metres in height, the higher rate shall apply to the entire job, regardless of the proportion of hedge below 4 metres.

Quotes and Pricing

• Quotes are valid for 30 days.
• Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes after inspection.
• All prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
   

Payments

• Payment terms are strictly 7 days from the date of invoice.
• We accept Cash, EFT, Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Diners) and Crypto. 
• Ownership of any plants, material or hardware supplied remains with Monaco Hedges and Gardens Pty Ltd until full payment is received.
   

Insurance

We hold full Public Liability Insurance and all required cover for carrying out hedge and garden services.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. 
• Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee.
   

Liability

We take great care in our work, but we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to plants, structures, or underground services. 
• Damage caused by extreme weather, pests, or conditions outside our control.
   

Safety

Customers must ensure our team has safe access to the work area.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
